United Party for National Development president Hakainde
Hichilema for the utterances he made in his press briefing on
Chanda tells Byta FM News that the PF has taken note of recent
statements made by opposition leaders on issues of national
importance but it remains receptive to mature and meaningful
criticism and open to constructive dialogue with members of the
public including those that do not belong to his party because
Zambia belongs to all citizens.
He observes that it is quite disappointing that the UPND leader
can disrespect democratic institutions and separation of powers
which is even demonstrated in his ‘life presidency’ of the
party he is now leading.
